1.Advance Payment Requirement
All payments for goods and services must be made in advance. Orders will be processed only upon receipt of full payment. No credit terms are offered under any circumstances.
2.Written Commitments Only
Only written agreements and commitments—via email or official company correspondence—will be considered valid. Verbal agreements or promises shall hold no binding effect.
3.Business-to-Business (B2B) Transactions Only
We operate strictly on a Business-to-Business (B2B) model. We do not engage in retail or direct-to-consumer sales.
4.Mandatory Drug License
It is mandatory for all buyers to possess a valid drug license. A copy of the license must be submitted at the time of placing the first order. Orders without proper documentation will not be accepted.
5.Official Payment Channels Only
All payments must be made directly to the official bank accounts of Himford Healthcare, as specified in our invoices. Any payments made to personal accounts of employees will be considered invalid and at the sole risk of the buyer.
6.No Responsibility for Personal Transactions
Himford Healthcare shall not be held responsible for any personal or unofficial transactions made with its employees. The company bears no liability for losses or disputes arising from such dealings.
7.Transportation Charges
All transportation and delivery charges shall be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The risk of goods in transit lies with the buyer once the consignment is dispatched.
8.Jurisdiction
In the event of any legal dispute or disagreement, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab.
